Measurements: 

All purchases require you to insert your measurements before checkout. Follow this link for directions on measuring the body (measure based on the items purchased).

Order Processing Timeline:

All items are made-to-order. Yarn and materials are purchased specifically for your piece after you place your order, which extends processing time.

Example: 
1-10 business days to source materials in Toronto, Canada and United States. 3-15 days for crafting items, I ship all orders completed in a week on the same day (estimate of finishing 3-5 orders a week).Total of around 20+ days before shipping. 

Since yarn is purchased per order, colorways/lots may vary slightly from photos. If a specific dye lot and or colourway is unavailable, I’ll contact you with alternatives before proceeding. Before purchase, there will be an option of picking 2 colour ways, just in case one is unavaliable. *type it in at check out*

Cancellations, Shipping Delays & Damages:

Once yarn is purchased (within 24hrs of your order), cancellations forfeit a 50% materials fee. No refunds are pemitted. Small changes (e.g., color swaps) may be allowed if requested before yarn is sourced (use contact page). If my yarn supplier is backordered, I’ll notify you within 48 hours with a revised timeline or alternative options.

I’m not responsible for lost/damaged packages after delivery. International buyers, customs fees are your responsibility. 

Care Instructions & Liability:

Handmade crochet items require gentle care. Hand-wash in cold water, lay flat to dry. I’m not liable for damage from improper care.
